Special Visitors
Last Sunday, 6th October , we were delighted to welcome four Chinese Nursing & Midwifery Students who are studying at Birmingham City University for three months. Daily, Abby, Eileen and Zoey were looking for a church to attend and found us on our website so they walked all the way from Five Ways, where they are living, to worship with us.
They were a delightful quartet and wanted to know all about us and our history. They stayed for coffee after the service and took some of our information with them. They were very pleased to receive flowers and, naturally, they took lots of photographs !  We offered them a lift back to Five Ways but, no, they wanted to walk (a good four miles I would think -ed.) - thankfully it wasn't raining.
They will be returning to China after their studies in Birmingham and we wish them all well for the future.
