Harvest Festival 2020

On Sunday 20th September we held our annual Harvest Festival Service. Naturally, because of the current situation we weren't sure how many people would be able to join us or if there would be many gifts. However, we needn't have worried and we had a good number of gifts to distribute.
All the fresh produce will be used for the meals we are delivering three times a week to vulnerable people and tins, packets etc will be taken to our local Food Bank.
A special contribution this year came from our Church Caretaker who grew the Pumpkin, squashes, marrows, potatoes etc in his small 'allotment' in the church garden - a great result !   So, congratulations to him and many thanks to everyone who contributed to the service in any way.
